CE Marking

CE Marking is a mandatory conformity marking for certain products sold within the European Economic Area (EEA). The “CE” mark indicates that a product complies with European Union (EU) safety, health, and environmental protection requirements.

CE marking allows manufacturers to legally place products on the market in all EU member states without needing additional national approvals.

What is CE Marking?

CE stands for Conformité Européenne (European Conformity). It is not a quality mark but a declaration by the manufacturer that the product meets all applicable EU directives and regulations.
When a product bears the CE mark, it confirms:
 Compliance with EU safety requirements
 Compliance with health standards
 Compliance with environmental protection laws
Free movement of goods within the EEA
